Job Description

Lead cross-functional projects involving network design, process enhancement, and performance monitoring to ensure initiatives are delivered within timeline and target.

Monitor and evaluate initiative outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.

Requirement
0-3 years of experience working in project management, strategic planning, business development or data analysis in a high dynamic environment. (Fresh Graduate is welcome.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Extremely comfortable with manipulating, analyzing, and modeling a vast amount of data using advanced SQL skills, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive initiatives from planning to execution.
Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively
A self-starter with a growth mindset and passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Provide support in end-to-end data analytics support for the team (from querying, cleaning, analysing, and presenting data)
Identify process improvements through automation from understanding internal team operations
Problem solve some operation and product issues
Requirement

Lead the end-to-end creation, management, and execution of in-app communication channels, including Push Notifications, Electronic Direct Mail (EDM), and LINE.
Conceptualize, craft, and design compelling messages and visuals tailored to target user segments.
Collaborate closely with marketing, regional, and cross-functional teams to ensure best practices and brand consistency across all communication channels.
Manage the scheduling, coordination, and timely execution of communication campaigns to maximize impact.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and user engagement metrics across all channels.
Leverage data insights to formulate new strategies, optimize engagement, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations or any other relevant field (Fresh Graduate is welcome.)
Prior experience in Marketing, Copywriting, e-commerce, Channel Marketing or equivalent will be highly advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai are essential. You must be able to write engaging copy that attracts users to the app.
